Return & Exchange
We are committed to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging.
You must contact us at online service prior to return/exchange products to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

1. Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at online service immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
2. Exchange
We will accept exchanges for a wrong style, size or color. We will allow a return for an exchange as long the item is unused/unworn with all its label, tags and original packaging. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to us and to resend the exchange will be covered fully by the customer.

4. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Refund process:
If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Refunds will be issued to your payment account within 5-7 business days. If your return is rejected, your merchandise will be returned to you.
